2026 April Portfolio & Performance Update

Overview

April was a month of steady returns for Ark7’s portfolio, with $93,130.65 in total dividends distributed and a 4.37% annualized dividend return rate. Atlanta-C10, DFW-S19 and Urbana-S11 led in dividend yield, delivering returns of 7.39%, 7.37%, and 7.23%. This shows the cash-yielding strength of our top-performing assets.

The portfolio’s occupancy rate remains steady at 93.59%, reflecting stable rental demand across our properties. 1 new lease was signed this month, and 1 lease was renewed. 

Short-term rental properties continued to contribute steady income, with Atlanta-C10 (7.39%), Atlanta-C5  (6.95%), Atlanta-C7  (6.43%) all yielding over 6%.

On the trading side, $348,931 in transactions were processed, with 30 properties (70% of the portfolio) actively trading. Berkeley-M3, Austin-S3, and Atlanta-C10 topped the charts in trading volume and investor activity, while Urbana-S11 led all properties with a 25.00% price increase, followed by DFW-S12 and Dallas-S9.With growing rental income performance and property occupancy, Ark7 continues to offer reliable returns and steady growth to our investors.
