2026 May Portfolio & Performance Update

Overview

May was a month of steady returns for Ark7’s portfolio, with $88,474.79 in total dividends distributed and a 4.16% annualized dividend return rate. Urbana-S11, DFW-S19 and Atlanta-T5 led in dividend yield, delivering returns of 7.54%, 7.45%, and 6.61%. This shows the cash-yielding strength of our top-performing assets.

The portfolio’s occupancy rate remains steady at 92.50%, reflecting stable rental demand across our properties. 1 new lease was signed this month, and 4 leases were renewed. 

Short-term rental properties continued to contribute steady income, with Berkeley-M3 (5.33%), Atlanta-C10 (4.79%), Atlanta-C8  (4.50%) all yielding over 4%.

On the trading side, $325,150 in transactions were processed, with 31 properties (70% of the portfolio) actively trading. Berkeley-M3, Atlanta-C10, and Atlanta-T4 topped the charts in trading volume and investor activity, while Urbana-S11 led all properties with a 31.00% price increase, followed by DFW-S12 and Atlanta-T3.

With growing rental income performance and property occupancy, Ark7 continues to offer reliable returns and steady growth to our investors.
