2025 December Portfolio & Performance Update

Overview

December continues to be a month of steady returns for Ark7’s portfolio, with $71,255.30 in total dividends distributed and a 3.64% annualized dividend return rate. Urbana-S11, DFW-S19, and Dallas-S9 led in dividend yield, delivering returns of 7.59%, 6.21%, and 6.16%. This shows the cash-yielding strength of our top-performing assets.

The portfolio’s occupancy rate remains steady at 94.81%, reflecting stable rental demand across our properties. We’ve secured several lease renewals to ensure long-term rental income, including units in Berkeley-M1 and Berkeley-M2, as well as Chandler-S5, Dallas-S7, and Atlanta-T5. These renewals will continue to generate stable rental income for investors.

Short-term rental properties continued to contribute steady income, with Atlanta-C10 (4.69%), Atlanta-C6  (4.22%), and Atlanta-C5  (4.12%) all yielding over 4%.

On the trading side, $77,204 in transactions were processed, with 30 properties (70% of the portfolio) actively trading. SoCal-S18, Atlanta-C5, and Chicago-C4 topped the charts in trading volume and investor activity, while Urbana-S11 led all properties with a 30.01% price increase, followed by Dallas-S9 and Atlanta-T3.

With steady rental income performance, and properties renewing long-term leases, Ark7 continues to offer reliable returns and steady growth to our investors.
