Overview

March was a month of steady returns for Ark7’s portfolio, with $92,867.53 in total dividends distributed and a 4.36% annualized dividend return rate. DFW-S19, Atlanta-C10, and Atlanta-C5 led in dividend yield, delivering returns of 7.69%, 7.32%, and 7.05%. This shows the cash-yielding strength of our top-performing assets.

The portfolio’s occupancy rate remains steady at 93.59%, reflecting stable rental demand across our properties. 2 leases were renewed this month, and 2 properties that had completed maintenance were listed for rent.

Short-term rental properties continued to contribute steady income, with Atlanta-C10 (7.32%), Atlanta-C5  (7.05%), and Atlanta-C6  (6.37%) all yielding over 6%.

On the trading side, $273,151 in transactions were processed, with 30 properties (70% of the portfolio) actively trading. Berkeley-M3, Atlanta-T5, and Tampa-S10 topped the charts in trading volume and investor activity, while Urbana-S11 led all properties with a 31.00% price increase, followed by Atlanta-T3 and Dallas-S9.

With growth in rental income performance, and steady property occupancy, Ark7 continues to offer reliable returns and steady growth to our investors.
