One of the driving factors has been the\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/ark7.com\/blog\/articles\/how-to-invest-in-real-estate-when-you-dont-have-a-lot-of-money\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">reduced upfront capital<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0needed for investors to get involved in the real estate industry.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This article will primarily discuss indirect investment strategies such as ETFs and REITs. Still, first, we will explain the different types of investment options and why indirect investing may be the future in real estate.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2 class=\"\"><b>Different Types of Real Estate Investments<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Before you can begin investing in real estate, you must understand the different ways you can invest in the industry.
