While Gen Zers are more likely to seek out in-person work opportunities than millennials<\/a>, 27% of this demographic still prefer remote work, while 16% favor a hybrid setup. [6]<\/p>\n\n\n\n

When looking for somewhere to rent, this demographic might seek out nearby amenities like dog parks or pet washing stations. They also crave pet-friendly interiors, such as scratch-resistant flooring or balconies where animals can relax. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
