This shows the cash-yielding strength of our top-performing assets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The portfolio\u2019s occupancy rate remained consistent at 89.61%, reflecting stable performance across our properties. We\u2019ve secured a new lease for Chicago C1, ensuring rental income for the coming months. In addition, several units are finishing up maintenance, with some already listed for rent and others to be listed shortly.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Short-term rental properties continued to contribute steady rental income, with <strong>Berkeley-M3 (4.67%), Atlanta-C6&nbsp; (4.40%), Atlanta-C5&nbsp; (4.31%) all yielding over 4%<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On the trading side, $69,457 in transactions were processed, with 27 properties (70% of the portfolio) actively trading.
