This shows the cash-yielding strength of our top-performing assets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The portfolio\u2019s occupancy rate saw a slight increase at 92.21%, reflecting stable performance across our properties. We\u2019ve secured several new leases to ensure long-term rental income, including Berkeley-M1, Berkeley-M2, Tampa-S10, and DFW-T6. In addition, one unit in Berkeley-M3 was converted to an Airbnb, which will generate higher rental income moving forward.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Short-term rental properties continued to contribute steady income, with <strong>Berkeley-M3 (7.10%), Atlanta-C6&nbsp; (4.22%), Atlanta-C5&nbsp; (4.12%) all yielding over 4%<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On the trading side, $69,457 in transactions were processed, with 27 properties (70% of the portfolio) actively trading.
