Lease Renewals

Austin-S1 has just entered into a new lease at $2,050 per month, adding another 12 months of secured passive income. 🌟 Located close to the Apple campus and many other tech employers, S1 consistently attracts tenants with a wide range of economic backgrounds. 📈 Now actively trading on the market.

Dallas-S8 has renewed its lease until the end of August 2025, extending another year of passive income with a rent increase. 🌟 This single-family home in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex has been under Ark7’s operation since 2022, with a solid history of rental income and high appreciation potential. 📈 It is now actively trading on the market.

The portfolio occupancy rate stands at 84% as we head into August, an improvement from 82% last month. The leases for Dallas-S7, Alexandria-C2, and one of the two units of Philadelphia-D2 have ended without renewal. They are now back on the market for new tenants.
