Lease Renewals

Urbana-S11
Recently sold out, the lease is extended for another year until August 2025, with a notable 10% rent increase for the 2nd year. This star performer has delivered over 6% cash yield, making it a top choice for cash flow investors.

Chandler-S4
The new lease was secured in October, effective until the end of September 2024! This includes a modest 3% rent increase, aligning with market trends and ensuring sustainability. We’ve achieved annual cash returns of close to 5%, with prospects for near double-digit property appreciation.

Atlanta-T3
The lease is renewed for another 12 months until mid-Jan 2025, with a rent increase of 3.23%. This comes alongside a historical cash yield of close to 5% and a historical 20% home value appreciation.

Secondary Market

Atlanta-T3 is our newest addition to the secondary market. This 2020 newly-built townhome is close to all living essentials and is commuter-friendly. The tenancy is exceptionally stable, ensuring consistent cash flow. Initial trading activities are promising, with multiple buy orders higher or at the IPO price.
